How will I be able to see my enquiries and answer them?
The enquiries will be sent directly from the web site to your regular inbox. Once you have received them, you can reply to them in your normal fashion using the "reply" functionality in your e-mail software.

Do I need an e-mail account in order to receive enquiries from Limocrazy.co.uk?

How many enquiries will I receive?
It is hard to say exactly how many enquiries we will get to each area covered since we have only just started taking public bookings. However, we estimate that each area will receive approximately 1 or 2 enquiries a day.

How many bookings will I get from these enquiries?
This is really down to a number of factors, such as you speed in replying to the enquiries, giving reasonable quotes, and sounding polite and friendly. An approximate figure to go by would be 10-20% of enquiries will result in bookings.

How can I most successfully turn my enquiries into bookings?
In order to make sure you translate as many of your enquiries into bookings as possible, we suggest you check your e-mails regularly. The sooner you respond to an enquiry, the more likely you will to get a booking from it. In your response, you should be courteous, friendly, and as helpful as possible. You should also respond to all enquiries, even if you are unable to fulfill them so the customer is aware you are unavailable and can make alternative arrangements.

Can I set a maximum number of enquiries that I receive per month?
Currently, you cannot set a maximum number of enquiries you want to receive, however, you can control the number of enquiries you do receive by adding or removing additional counties to the areas you cover.

What if I receive an enquiry that is not valid?
If the customer does not provide you with all the necessary details, then you should try to contact them to find out more. If they have not supplied valid contact details, then let us know and we shall remove this enquiry from your invoice. Likewise, if you receive a "nonsense" enquiry, then also let us know so we can remove this from your invoice.

I'm not receiving any enquiries, why not?
Enquiries that come in are sent to your inbox e-mail address that you supplied to us. You should check that the email address we have for you is correct by logging in and checking the details we have for you. Also, we have experience problems whereby spam filters are stopping some e-mails getting through. If this is so, you should contact your ISP to ensure that e-mails from the domain limocrazy.co.uk domain reach your inbox. We store a log of all enquiries that we send you, which you can view by logging in to Limocrazy. Alternatively, it may just be that you are located in a region where we do not get many enquiries. Should you wish, try expanding into adjacent areas to receive more enquiries.
